Slot Diffuser Installation Details
Slot diffusers direct the air from air conditioning systems into the room, either horizontally or at an angle. The resulting airflow induces high levels of room air, thereby rapidly reducing the airflow velocity and the temperature difference between supply air and room air. The SCHAKO ceiling slot diffuser type DSCXL ist suitable for room heights from 2.6 m to 4 m for direct installation in plasterboard ceilings or suspended ceilings (pressure ceilings). The ceiling slot diffuser is supplied with 1 slot and is available as single diffuser or in band design.
Slot Diffuser Fixing Details
Aerodynamically designed blades provide a tight horizontal pattern that maintains stability even at low airflow rates, making the SDS ideal for VAV applications. Excellent for architectural applications, the SDS has many mounting styles and is available with multiple slot widths and quantities to meet a range of airflow requirements.
