TreeHouse Point is home to six iconic, rentable treehouses; a central Lodge; a multi-purpose event space; and two cedar-lined bathhouses. All indoor spaces are heated, and we provide bedding, towels, and even shampoo and conditioner, so come prepared as you would for a typical hotel stay.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, books, board games, snacks, and dishware are available inside the Lodge for guests to enjoy. Each morning, our talented cooks prepare a delicious, wholesome breakfast in the Lodge.

Please note that a 2-night stay is in effect year-round, as Monday/Tuesday, Wednesday/Thursday, Friday/Saturday combinations. Single nights will occasionally become available, typically on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Our weekdays open for online booking on two dates:
- On May 1st, at 2 pm Pacific Time, we open weekdays for November of the same year - April of the next year.
- On Nov 1st, at 2 pm Pacific Time, we open weekdays for May - October of the next year.
Our weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) are reserved for events (use of the entire property) until 60 days prior.
- Each Monday afternoon at 2 pm Pacific Time, we open the next 60-day-out weekend to reservations, around any events that have booked prior.
- For example, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, December 18th - 20th, will potentially open to online availability on Monday, October 19th at 2 pm Pacific Time.
- Sundays are reserved for private events. Sunday night stays are available year round and will open around the private events schedule.

Please note that, in order to foster a romantic and restful ambience, we do not permit guests under 13 years old or pets for overnight stays. Children of all ages are allowed on tours and at private events.

HOW MANY TREEHOUSES IN TOTAL?
ACRE has 12 treehouses on its property, including one deluxe double unit connected by a suspended bridge. Each treehouse includes a terrace, bathroom, closet, outdoor shower, and king-size bed with mosquito net, plus high-speed internet and a curated mini-bar.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR DAILY ROOM RATE?
Our standard room includes a daily complimentary ACRE Wake Up Breakfast (pastry, coffee or tea and juice) and morning yoga class in our mango orchard, as well as access to our pool (reserved for treehouse guests only) and the rest of our property. ACRE features organic gardens, citrus groves, a fire pit, bocce ball, badminton, ping pong, and an area where we house our farm animals.
DOES ACRE HAVE A SPA?
Massage and other bodywork is available in our poolside treatment room, or on your treehouse terrace.
WHAT TIME DOES THE ACRE POOL CLOSE?
The ACRE pool closes at sundown; however, on days when we have weddings or other poolside events, we close the pool at 3pm. On these days, we offer our guests the opportunity to visit the El Ganzo Hotel's Private Beach Club, compliments of ACRE - guests only pay their consumption.
WHAT ABOUT OFF-SITE EXCURSIONS?
ACRE is in proximity to a wide variety of excursions: surfing and scuba lessons, golf, whale-watching, and downtown San Jose del Cabo shopping, to name a few. We’d be happy to organize any off-site activities for you.
